Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as OR circulator in a 5-OR surgical suite performing 1:1 patient care
  • Participate in rotating weeknight and weekend call coverage (one night per week minimum; one weekend per 5-week schedule minimum)
  • Operate and assist with basic OR equipment including cautery, video monitors, arthroscopy equipment, and positioning equipment
  • Document patient care accurately using the Meditech EMR system
  • Collaborate with surgical technicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure safe, efficient surgical care
Required Qualifications
  • Active RN license (must meet state requirements)
  • Minimum 2 years of OR circulator experience
  • BLS certification required
  • ACLS certification required
  • Ability to fulfill rotating call schedule (one night per week minimum; one weekend per 5-week schedule minimum)
Preferred Experience / Skills
  • Experience in one or more of the following specialties: orthopedics, general surgery, gynecology, robotics, urology, vascular, cardiovascular, neurosurgery, or thoracic surgery
  • Familiarity with Meditech EMR
  • Flexible, compassionate, and team-oriented approach to patient care
