Description:
The facility is licensed for 457 beds.
It is a Level 3 Trauma Center and a Stroke Center of Excellence.
It has a Bariatric Center of Excellence and a Chest Pain Center.
The department consists of 19 OR suites, with 17 rooms being blocked.
On average, 50 cases are performed per day.
Patient types and common diagnoses include Trauma, Ortho Trauma, Ortho Total Joints, Spine, Hearts, MI Vascular, GYN, GYN-Oncology, Robotics, General, HPB, Bariatrics, Urology, ENT, Eyes, Pain, and Plastics.
Experience is required to circulate in various surgical specialties.
The ideal candidate must be flexible, self-driven, and a motivated team player.
Call coverage may be required, with an average of 6 call shifts scheduled every 6 weeks.
Response time should be within 45 minutes.
Travelers are expected to work 75% of holidays.
Scheduling may include coverage based on department needs.
