Job Description:** - **Unit Information:** - **Location:** Pasadena, TX - **Unit Type:** Operating Room - **Number of Beds:** 10 - **Total Staff:** 54 - **Patient Ratios:** 1:1 - **Staffing:** - **Day Shift:** - 1 CNC - 7 RNs - 10 CSTs - 3-4 FAs - 4 PCTs - 2 Anesthesia Techs - 1 Supervisor - 1 Director - **Night Shift:** On Call only - **Equipment:** Multi-specialty - **EMR:** Meditech converting to Expanse - **Qualifications:** - **Must Have:** - Minimum 2 years RN experience - Orthopedics, General, Urology, GYN - **Preferred:** - ENT, Vascular (non-cardiac) experience - Pediatric experience - **Typical Procedures:** - Open/Laparoscopic/Robotic general cases (e.g., appendectomies, cholecystectomies, some bariatrics) - Robotic orthopedics, including total knees/hips and trauma orthopedic - Laparoscopic/robotic hysterectomies, tubal ligations, emergent interventions - **Ideal Candidate:** - A team player who is proactive and motivated - Willing to jump in and keep the day moving - **Dress Code:** - Scrub Color: Cobalt Blue - **On Call Requirements:** - On call required, including weekly rotations and 1 weekend per month --- **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
