Description
Key Responsibilities
Implement and monitor individualized patient care plans within the operating room setting
Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition to appropriate members of the healthcare team
Serve as the primary coordinator across all disciplines to ensure well-coordinated patient care
Note and carry out physician and nursing orders accurately and in a timely manner
Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs in collaboration with the healthcare team
Follow Standard Precautions and utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Oklahoma or compact eligibility
Experience in a surgical circulator or operating room nursing role
Ability to apply critical thinking skills and exercise decisive judgment with minimal supervision
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, stressful environment
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior experience as a circulating RN in an acute care or surgical setting
Familiarity with established surgical nursing policies, procedures, and protocols
