Key Responsibilities- Implement and monitor individualized patient care plans within the operating room setting
- Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition to appropriate members of the healthcare team
- Serve as the primary coordinator across all disciplines to ensure well-coordinated patient care
- Note and carry out physician and nursing orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs in collaboration with the healthcare team
- Follow Standard Precautions and utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Oklahoma or compact eligibility
- Experience in a surgical circulator or operating room nursing role
- Ability to apply critical thinking skills and exercise decisive judgment with minimal supervision
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, stressful environment
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience as a circulating RN in an acute care or surgical setting
- Familiarity with established surgical nursing policies, procedures, and protocols
