The shift schedule is 3x12 hours on Sunday, Wednesday, and Thursday nights. Nurses will be expected to float as needed. No call duty is required. Patient care will include adults and geriatrics with a focus on trauma cases. Nurses will manage a patient ratio of 1:1.
