Registered Nurse – Oncology

Richmond, VA | Outpatient Oncology Clinic
Schedule / Job Type
Contract | Days | 5x8 Hours | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in an outpatient oncology clinic setting (non-infusion)
- Document patient information and clinical data using EPIC electronic health records
- Float within scope of practice to other areas as needed
- Complete all required facility orientation modules within the designated timeframe during the orientation week
Required Qualifications
- Active Virginia RN license or compact state license — must be in hand at time of submittal
- EPIC charting experience required — no exceptions
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience required
- 2 professional references required
- Must comply with facility natural nail policy
- Candidates who have previously worked at this facility must have been separated for at least one year before returning as a traveler
- Local candidates are welcome and accepted at the same base rate — no radius restrictions apply
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Prior experience in an outpatient oncology setting
