Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to oncology patients in an inpatient or outpatient clinical setting
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
- Monitor patient responses to treatment and communicate changes to the care team
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
- Document patient care activities accurately and in accordance with facility policies
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in an oncology setting
- Current BLS certification
- Ability to work a day shift schedule (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
- Chemotherapy certification is not required for this position
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience
- Familiarity with oncology-specific electronic health record systems
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills in a fast-paced clinical environment
