Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in a Med/Surg Oncology setting
Maintain patient ratios of 3:1 (Step-down) and 4:1 (Telemetry)
Take primary responsibility for patient care, including duties not delegated to CNAs
Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California
Experience in Med/Surg or Oncology nursing
Ability to manage primary patient care responsibilities independently
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior experience in a Step-down or Telemetry unit
Travel nursing experience
