Contract | Travel | 13 Weeks | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | Every Other Weekend Required
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care on a 24-bed medical/surgical oncology unit
- Administer chemotherapy and biotherapy treatments per unit protocols
- Administer blood products safely and in accordance with facility standards
- Float to other units as required
- Document patient care accurately using Cerner EMR
Required Qualifications
- Active Indiana RN licensure required
- ACLS certification required
- BLS certification required
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience
- Chemo/biotherapy certification required within one year of placement
- Must reside greater than 50 miles from the facility — local candidates are not accepted
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Oncology nursing background strongly preferred
- Prior experience with chemotherapy administration
- Familiarity with Cerner EMR
