Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct inpatient nursing care to patients with malignant hematologic disorders on a 30-bed unit
- Support and assist with stem cell transplant procedures and CAR-T infusions
- Participate in and support active research protocols conducted on the unit
- Administer chemotherapy and biotherapy treatments in accordance with established safety standards
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) setting
- ONS Chemotherapy/Biotherapy Provider card (current and valid)
- Ability to work rotating day and night shifts on a biweekly basis
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with CAR-T cell therapy administration and monitoring
- Familiarity with oncology research protocols and clinical trial environments
