Contract | Travel | Nights | 3x12 (18:45–07:15) | Every other weekend | 13-Week Assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Med Surg / Oncology unit serving oncology, palliative, post-op bariatric, and med/surg overflow patients
• Utilize EPIC EMR to document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner
• Operate and monitor equipment including IV pumps, vital sign machines, and other standard medical devices
• Maintain a patient ratio of 6:1, delivering compassionate, patient-centered care
• Float to other units as needed to support staffing requirements
• Adhere to facility dress code: navy scrubs and scrub jackets only

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS certification (AHA) required
• NIHSS certification (AHA) required
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
• Med/Surg experience is required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Acute care experience strongly preferred
• Experience with oncology, palliative care, or post-op bariatric patient populations
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR
• Demonstrated qualities of responsibility, dependability, compassion, and a patient-oriented approach
