Contract | Days | Onsite Key Responsibilities
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care in accordance with accepted practice standards as defined by the state Board of Nursing
Evaluate patient health status through ongoing collection and assessment of health data
Perform health teaching, health counseling, and supportive or restorative therapy and treatment
Execute delegated medical functions and review and monitor therapy and treatment plans
Document care in accordance with hospital and regulatory guidelines
May be required to float to other departments within scope of competency and qualifications based on business need
Required Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing (ASN minimum)
Current Registered Nurse license in the state of practice
BLS certification through the American Heart Association
ACLS, NRP, or PALS as appropriate for unit or service
Preferred Experience / Skills
Previous experience as a Registered Nurse
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Specialty certification appropriate for unit or service
