Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a 24-bed Oncology/Women's Surgical unit with a patient ratio of 1:4 or 1:5
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including CNCs, CNAs, and HUCs across day shift operations
• Perform and assist with unit procedures including occasional pelvic exams, echocardiograms, and thoracentesis
• Document patient care accurately using Cerner EMR
• Float to other med-surg units on a rare basis as needed
• Fulfill weekend commitment of 6 weekend days per schedule period; rare on-call may apply

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Chemotherapy (Chemo) Certification
• Prior experience in oncology or women's surgical nursing
• Familiarity with Cerner EMR
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn in a dynamic environment
