Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on an oncology unit serving patients with mixed solid tumors, hematologic malignancies, and BMT/cellular therapy diagnoses
• Care for patients with primary diagnoses including leukemia, lymphoma, multiple myeloma, and various solid tumor diagnoses
• Administer cellular products and support patients enrolled in clinical trials
• Operate and monitor telemetry, PCA pumps, blood warmers, bladder scanners, and Baxter pumps
• May float to other oncology units as needed

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in Massachusetts or compact eligibility
• Experience in oncology nursing, including solid tumor, hematologic malignancy, BMT, and cellular therapies
• Experience caring for patients with leukemia, lymphoma, multiple myeloma, and solid tumor diagnoses
• Proficiency with telemetry monitoring, PCA pumps, blood warmers, bladder scanners, and Baxter pumps
• Experience with cellular product administration and clinical trial patient care

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a high-acuity oncology or BMT inpatient setting
• Familiarity with complex oncology protocols and multi-disciplinary care teams
