Job Description:
We are seeking experienced Oncology Infusion RNs for a 13-bed Ambulatory Treatment Center on a 13-week travel contract. This role involves chemotherapy administration (Cisplatin, FOLFOX, FOLFIRI, and other complex regimens), management of hypersensitivity reactions, and treatment for both oncology and community patients requiring hydration, blood transfusions, iron infusions, Reclast, Zometa, and various injections. RNs will titrate drips including IVIG, Rituximab, Remicade, IV Darzalex, and Ocrevus. Strong vascular access skills (peripheral IVs, port access, Hickman/PICC maintenance) and pharmacologic knowledge are essential. The unit uses Cerner charting, and travelers may float to inpatient units to provide inpatient chemotherapy as needed.
