Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse / Outpatient Infusion & Oncology – New York
Start Date: October 1, 2026
Location: Upstate New York
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 13-week assignment, outpatient infusion center hours. Overtime and holiday rates available at 1.25x multiplier. No on-call requirements.

- Specialized outpatient infusion center providing IV therapies, blood transfusions, PICC line placement, and specialty biologic medications
- Treatment focus includes oncology infusions, immune globulin therapy, iron infusions, therapeutic phlebotomies, and specialty medications for autoimmune and neurological conditions
- EPIC electronic medical record system utilized facility-wide
- Professional work environment with personal scrubs dress code (any color, no designs or cartoons)
- 8-hour non-billable orientation provided to ensure successful onboarding
- Limited requested time off considered during assignment (must be disclosed at submission)
Requirements:
- Active New York State Registered Nurse license
- BLS (AHA) and ACLS (AHA) certifications – current and valid
- Chemotherapy Administration Certification (ONS or equivalent) – required
- Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) credential – required
- Minimum 2 years current experience in outpatient oncology and infusion – required
- Peripheral IV insertion experience – required
- Port, fistula, and catheter management experience – required
- EPIC electronic medical record experience – required
- IV Certification – highly preferred
- BSN degree – preferred
- Previous travel nursing experience – preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs – required
- Completion of verbal de-escalation training from approved provider (Welle, CPI, or PMCS) for onboarding clearance
- 14-panel drug screen completion within 24 hours of offer acceptance
- New York Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration Certificate required for agency representation
