Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse / Outpatient Infusion Center – New York

Start Date: September 17, 2026

Location: New York

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Outpatient infusion center setting; 13-week assignment with 8-hour non-billable orientation; No call required; Overtime and holiday multipliers available at 1.25x rate

  • Work with patients requiring treatment for oncology, rheumatoid arthritis, multiple sclerosis, Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, and other chronic conditions
  • Epic EMR system utilized (experience required)
  • Professional dress code: personal scrubs of any color without designs or cartoons
  • Limited time-off requests accepted (up to 5 days maximum; must be noted at time of application)
Requirements:
  • Active New York State Registered Nurse license
  • Current BLS (AHA) and ACLS (AHA) certifications
  • Chemotherapy certification (ONS) – Required
  • Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) – Required
  • Minimum 2 years of current outpatient oncology and infusion experience
  • Peripheral IV insertion experience required
  • Experience with ports, fistulas, and central venous catheters required
  • IV certification highly preferred
  • Epic EMR experience required
  • BSN preferred; previous travel experience preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs required
  • New York Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration Certificate required for agency partners
  • Completion of verbal de-escalation training from approved provider (Welle, CPI, or PMCS)
  • 14-panel drug screen completion within 24 hours of offer acceptance
  • Current skills checklist, work history, and supervisory reference from within past two years
