Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Oncology Infusion |  Glens Falls, NY 

Location: Hospital, 102 Park Street Pruyn Pavilion at, 100 Park St, Glens Falls, NY 12801, United States
Position: Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Outpatient Oncology/Infusion
Assignment Length: 13 Weeks with possible extension
Start Date: August 27, 2026
Open Positions: 2
Schedule: Days | 40 Hours/Week

 

Schedule
  • Day shifts with varying start times:
    • 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
    • 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
    • 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • No weekends
  • No on-call requirements
Responsibilities
  • Administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, biologic agents, blood products, hydration therapy, IV antibiotics, IVIG, iron infusions, and other specialty infusion treatments.
  • Access and maintain central venous access devices, ports, fistulas, and catheters.
  • Perform peripheral IV insertion and monitor infusion therapy.
  • Provide patient education regarding medications, treatment plans, and self-administration techniques.
  • Monitor patients for treatment reactions and collaborate with the oncology care team.
  • Accurately document patient care using EPIC.
Important Submission Requirements
  • New York Temporary Health Care Service Agency Registration documentation must accompany all nursing submissions.
  • All requested time off (RTO) must be submitted with your application.
  • Maximum of 5 days of RTO accepted.
  • A required 14-panel drug screen must be completed within 24 hours of offer acceptance.
  • Proof of approved de-escalation training (Welle, CPI, or PMCS) is required before onboarding.
  • Permanent home address must be included and must match your driver's license or state ID.
