Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor is required. ONS certification is required. Must-Have: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred. Client or physician's office experience is preferred. Description: Delivers coordinated nursing care for outpatients in a clinic setting according to established standards of care and the nursing process. Supervises and directs the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff. Coordinates care with other disciplines while utilizing critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment. Collects relevant data pertinent to the patient's health or situation. Analyzes assessment data to determine diagnosis and care issues. Develops a plan that prescribes interventions to attain outcomes.
