- Experience: Minimum 3 years, including at least 1 year in Oncology (5 years preferred)
- Active CA RN License.
- Certifications:
- BLS & ACLS required
- PALS & ONS/ONCC preferred
- Note: **FLU VACCINE (no exemptions/no declinations)**
- Special Requirements: Experience with EPIC.
