Description:
The position requires a registered nurse with oncology specialty experience.
Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of outpatient oncology experience, particularly in bone marrow transplant (BMT).
BMT experience is essential.
Certification in chemotherapy from ONS/ONCC is required.
A valid California RN license is necessary.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is also required.
The role may involve floating to other departments or facilities as needed.
Candidates should demonstrate a high level of patient care and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Effective communication skills are critical for this position.
The nurse will be responsible for managing patient care in an outpatient setting.
