Contract | Night Shift Key Responsibilities
Assess patients' clinical needs and provide individualized nursing care in a safe and competent manner
Administer medications and monitor patients for reactions or side effects
Record and maintain accurate patient medical information, vital signs, and detailed reports
Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions to appropriate team members
Consult and coordinate with the healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Massachusetts or compact eligibility
Experience providing direct patient care in a clinical setting
Ability to interpret and implement plans of medical care
Strong documentation and clinical reporting skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior experience in an oncology nursing setting
Familiarity with oncology-specific medications, treatments, and patient monitoring protocols
Experience collaborating within multidisciplinary healthcare teams
