Accountable for assessment of patients, implementation of physician orders, treatment plans, medical procedures, record keeping, as well as monitoring and evaluating patient care processes and outcomes. Will be responsible for working in a multidisciplinary team to develop a road map for this patient population. Accountable for assessment of patients, implementation of physician orders, treatment plans, medical procedures, record keeping, as well as monitoring and evaluating patient care processes and outcomes. Coordinate activities with other services and disciplines. Must have an Oncology background
