Must be able to complete the RN license application within 48 hours of signing. Must have the RN license in hand for auto offer. Candidates may float to similar units to meet facility needs. Weekend coverage could occur more frequently than every other weekend based on staffing needs. Travelers can be called off for one 12-hour shift per two weeks. All time off must be included in the submission. Patient age groups include adults and geriatrics. The daily census is approximately 46 patients. Candidates should have experience in accessing and managing ports, administering chemotherapy, and managing IVs. Experience with emotional and physical support for patients and families is necessary. The assignment involves various oncology-related procedures and the ability to work within an interdisciplinary team. Compliance with infection control practices is essential.
