Responsible for assessing patients' clinical needs. Makes decisions regarding nursing care. Assures nursing care is provided in a safe manner. Provides individualized nursing care to patients. Evaluates nursing care for groups of patients. Maintains accurate and detailed reports and records. Administers medications to patients. Monitors patients for reactions or side effects. Records patients' medical information and vital signs. Monitors, records, and reports symptoms or changes in patients' conditions. Consults and coordinates with healthcare team members. Assists in assessing, planning, implementing, or evaluating patient care plans. Modifies patient treatment plans based on patients' responses and conditions. Position includes working every other weekend and holidays.
