- Experience: 3 years, with at least 1 year of ONC (5Y preferred)
- CA RN License
- Certs: BLS & ACLS required. PALS & ONS/ONCC Preferred
- **FLU VACCINE (no exemptions/no declinations)**
- Special Requirements: EPIC
- Floating REQ: Yes
