Oncology Infusion RN – Travel Contract

️ 13-Week Assignment |
⏰ Monday–Thursday | 7:00 AM–5:30 PM
40 Hours/Week Guaranteed
No Weekends | No Call | No Holiday Requirement
➡️ Occasional Friday coverage may be requested if needed
Position Highlights:
Provide direct nursing care in an Oncology & Infusion setting
Administer chemotherapy and infusion medications
Perform IV starts, port access, and central line care
Operate infusion pumps and monitor patients throughout treatment
Monitor for adverse reactions and changes in patient condition
Perform patient assessments and treatment monitoring
Provide education on treatments, medications, and symptom management
Coordinate care with oncology providers and interdisciplinary teams
Complete accurate documentation using Cerner EMR
Assist with treatment preparation, chart review, lab orders, and treatment verification
Requirements:
Active RN License – Required
3+ years of Oncology Nursing experience – Required
OCN (Oncology Certified Nurse) – Required
ONS Chemotherapy/Biotherapy Certification – Required
BLS – AHA Required
ACLS – Required
Outpatient infusion experience preferred
Port/PICC access experience preferred
Chemotherapy administration experience preferred
