Candidates must possess strong IV skills, including initiating IVs and caring for central lines. Experience in providing chemotherapy is preferred. The role requires entering patient data and charting effectively. Candidates should have experience with pain management and end-of-life care. The nurse will float to other units as needed. Every other weekend availability is required. Candidates must pass a Basic Arrhythmia Review exam during orientation.
