Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care to oncology patients across rotating day and night shifts
Monitor and assess patients in step-down and telemetry settings, identifying and responding to changes in condition
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
Support surgical oncology patients through pre- and post-operative care as needed
Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in accordance with facility protocols
Required Qualifications
Active RN license in the state of Ohio or a compact state license
Experience in Oncology, Step-Down, Surgical, or Telemetry nursing
Current BLS certification required
Ability to work rotating shifts, including every other weekend and every other holiday
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior experience in an acute care oncology unit
Familiarity with telemetry monitoring and interpretation
Experience in surgical or step-down nursing environments
