Key Responsibilities
Provide direct inpatient nursing care to patients with malignant hematologic disorders on a 30-bed unit
Support and administer stem cell transplants and CAR-T infusions
Participate in and support multiple active research protocols
Deliver safe, high-quality oncology nursing care in alignment with unit standards and best practices
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Minimum of 1 year of experience in Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) nursing
ONS Chemotherapy/Biotherapy Provider card required
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience with CAR-T cell therapy administration and monitoring
Familiarity with oncology research protocols and clinical trial environments
OCN (Oncology Certified Nurse) certification
