Required Qualifications
Education

    Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
    Evidence of continuing education appropriate to the RN's skill level and area of practice.

Licensure & Certifications

    Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Oregon.
    Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
    Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) Chemotherapy & Biotherapy Provider Card.

Experience

    At least one year of acute care or medical-surgical nursing experience.

Preferred Qualifications

    Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
    Previous oncology nursing experience.
    Oncology Nursing Certification, or willingness to obtain certification, ideally within three years of the date of hire.
