Job Summary:
Medical Surgical Oncology Floor RN position available in the area. This role involves providing specialized nursing care to oncology patients with various diagnoses, including leukemia, lymphoma, multiple myeloma, solid tumors, and those undergoing cellular therapies. The position requires flexibility to float to other oncology units and is suitable for candidates with current oncology experience.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Rotating shift; 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
  • Required Qualifications: Valid license/certification, oncology nursing experience, experience with mixed solid tumors, hematologic malignancies, cellular therapies, blood products, and clinical trials; familiarity with telemetry, PCA pumps, blood warmers, bladder scans, and Baxter pumps; 0 years of experience required

  • Float: Float rotation may be required
  • Additional Information: Candidate must have experience caring for primary diagnoses such as leukemia, lymphoma, multiple myeloma, any solid tumor diagnosis, cellular product administration, and clinical trials. The position involves working on a 3 pod unit with 10-bed pods and staffing ratios of 1:3 or 1:4.
