Contract | Nights | 3×12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM) | Every other weekend required (Saturday & Sunday)
Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on an IMC-level oncology unit serving general med/surg, BMT, surgical oncology, clinical trials, and liquid/solid tumor oncology diagnoses
• Maintain patient ratios of 1:4-5+ in a fast-paced oncology environment
• Administer chemotherapy in accordance with CHEMO certification requirements
• Utilize telemetry skills to monitor and respond to patient status changes
• Float within scope of practice to oncology units as well as MS/Tele, Stepdown, and IMC floors as needed
• Document all patient care accurately using EPIC electronic health records

Required Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN license or valid Compact license required
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• ACLS, BLS, CHEMO certification, and NIH Stroke Scale certification required
• Telemetry skills required
• Proficiency with EPIC charting system required
• Local candidates are welcome and accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with BMT, surgical oncology, or clinical trial patient populations
• Prior experience in an IMC or step-down level care setting
• Familiarity with Baxter pump operation
