Administration of chemotherapy experience is required. Ability to recognize and manage side effects of treatments is essential. Skills in starting and maintaining IVs are necessary. Candidates should have phlebotomy skills and central line care experience. Familiarity with managing altered mental status, nausea, and vomiting is expected. The work environment requires knowledge of isolation precautions and PPE. Strong communication skills to recognize and communicate abnormal lab values are necessary. Candidates will float within their scope when needed. A BSN is preferred.
