You will be managing PCA pumps and providing care for patients with sickle cell disease, although experience with this population is not mandatory. Ratios are generally maintained at 1:4-5. The position requires the ability to float within scope to meet facility needs. Weekend shifts are required every other week. You will work within an interdisciplinary team including various support services. Charting is completed using an electronic record system.
