Job Details

  • Schedule: Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week, from 07:00 PM to 07:30 AM, including weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Required Qualifications: ASN degree, NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license, at least 2 years of acute adult oncology experience specializing in leukemia and lymphoma in an inpatient setting, certifications including BLS (AHA), ACLS, and Chemo Certification with Oncology Nursing Society (ONS). Hard skills include IV insertion, phlebotomy, and basic nursing skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications: BSN degree, telemetry certification, and additional chemo certification with ONS.
  • Responsibilities: Evaluate patients and assist physicians with care; perform therapeutic nursing interventions; manage patient care; document according to standards; advocate for evidence-based practice; initiate assessments, develop individualized care plans, and provide holistic patient-centered care.
  • Submission Requirements: Candidates must be qualified with the specified hard skills and certifications and have minimum two years of relevant experience.
