  • Position: Registered Nurse (RN) - Medical Surgical Oncology Floor
  • Location: Gilbert, Arizona
  • Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum 36 hours per week
  • Required Qualifications: Valid RN license in the state of practice, BLS certification, experience in an acute care hospital setting within the past 12 months
  • Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, professional certification related to oncology nursing
  • Additional Information: The RN will assess patient needs across physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, and cultural domains. Responsibilities include developing and revising care plans, delegating tasks, documenting care activities and patient responses, and participating in quality improvement activities. The position requires effective communication with patients, families, and health care team members, as well as adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
