Location: Asheville, North Carolina

Schedule: Day or night shift available. Day shift includes 1 CNC, 4-6 RNs, 2 CNAs, and 1 HUC. Night shift includes 1 CNC, 4-6 RNs, and 2 CNAs. Six weekend days required per schedule. Rare call requirements.
Highlights:
- 24-bed Oncology/Women's Surgical unit with a supportive team environment
- Patient ratios of 1:4 or 1:5 providing manageable caseloads
- EMR: Cerner electronic medical records system
- Minimal floating requirements – occasional assignments to other medical-surgical units
- Work with a diverse case mix including oncology patients and women's surgical procedures
- Procedures include occasional pelvic exams, echo, and thoracentesis
Requirements:
- Active RN license in North Carolina or multistate compact license
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
- Chemotherapy certification preferred (candidates with this credential will be prioritized)
- Team-oriented personality with willingness to learn and adapt
