Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care within an outpatient oncology ports and injections clinic
• Administer IV therapies and oncology-related injections, including oncology medications
• Perform and maintain IV access skills, including port access and management
• Administer chemotherapy and immunotherapy agents in accordance with ONS guidelines and current certification
• Document patient care accurately using the Epic electronic health record system

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 3+ years of current outpatient oncology or medical infusion experience
• Minimum 1+ year of outpatient nursing experience required
• Current ONS Chemotherapy/Immunotherapy Administration certificate required
• Demonstrated IV skills, including port access
• Recent hands-on experience with Epic EMR required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a high-volume outpatient oncology or infusion setting
• Familiarity with a broad range of oncology medications and injection protocols
