- Location: Asheville, NC
- Unit: K9A - Oncology/Women’s Surgical
- Beds: 24
- Staff: 42
- **Staffing Breakdown:**
- Day Shift:
- 1 CNC
- 4-6 RNs
- 2 CNAs
- 1 HUC
- Night Shift:
- 1 CNC
- 4-6 RNs
- 2 CNAs
- **Patient Ratios:**
- 1:4 or 1:5
- **Equipment:**
- Standard unit equipment
- **EMR:**
- Cerner
- **Qualifications:**
- **Must Have:**
- Active RN or CNA License
- BLS Certification
- **Preferred:**
- Chemo Certification
- **Procedures Performed:**
- Occasional pelvic exams
- Echo, thoracentesis
- **Personality Fit:**
- Team players
- Willing to learn and adapt
- **Dress Code:**
- RNs: Navy, white, or combo of both
- CNAs: Galaxy Blue
- **Guidelines/Policies:**
- Basic hospital policies and guidelines
- Rare call
- Weekends: 6 weekend days required
- **Experience Required:**
- Minimum of 2 years
