**Exciting Opportunity: Oncology RN Traveler - Night Shift!**
**Job Description:**
- Join our dynamic Oncology/Women's Surgical unit located in beautiful Asheville, NC!
- Work on the 9th floor of our facility, equipped with 24 beds and a dedicated team of 42 staff members.
- Experience a supportive environment with a patient ratio of 1:4 or 1:5.
- Enhance your skills with standard unit equipment and an efficient EMR system (Cerner).
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Deliver exceptional care to oncology patients during the night shift (6:45 PM - 7:15 AM).
- Collaborate with a team of 4-6 RNs, 2 CNAs, and 1 CNC on night duty to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in various procedures including occasional pelvic exams and thoracentesis.
**Requirements:**
- Must hold a valid RN license and BLS certification.
- Ideal candidates will possess Chemo Certification and have at least 2 years of nursing experience.

**Additional Details:**
- Dress Code: RNs in navy, white, or a combination; CNAs in Galaxy Blue.
- Flexibility required: Work 6 weekends per schedule, but rare call-ins!
- Floating opportunities are limited primarily to other med-surg units.
