Staffing ratios are typically 1:6, and 1:4 when administering active chemotherapy. Jewelry and body adornments are allowed; visible tattoos are permitted if not offensive. Facial and ear piercings are acceptable if they maintain a professional appearance. Immunity status for Hep B, MMR, and Varicella documentation is required. Proof of vaccination for TDaP and influenza is needed or exemption requests during flu season. Tuberculosis documentation is also required.
