**Job Description:**
- **Position:** Travel RN - Medical Oncology
- **Shift:** 7 PM - 7 AM
- **Start Date:** 12/14
- **Guaranteed Hours:** 48 hours preferred
- **Location:** Independence, Missouri
- **Unit:** 6th Floor Med-Surg/Oncology
**Unit Information:**
- **Number of Beds:** 36
- **Patient Ratios:** 1:6
- **Staffing Support:** Includes Clinical Care Coordinators, RNs, LPNs, PCTs, and a Unit Secretary
- **Equipment Used:** I-med, I-mobile, Neurons (vitals machine), Glucometer, PCA, Wound vac, Chest Tubes, Surgical Drains
- **Documentation System:** Meditech
- **Scheduling Requirements:** Every other weekend
**Patient Type:**
- Med-Surg, Oncology, and Hospice patients
- Hemodynamically stable patients requiring cardiac monitoring with no interventions

**Typical Procedures Performed:**
- Wound Vac changes
- Drain Removal
- IV/PICC line management

- Med-Surg and Telemetry (Med-Surg level patients)
**Dress Code:**
- Nurses: Pewter (gray)
- PCT: Caribbean Blue
