Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to oncology patients during night shift hours
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans in an oncology setting
- Accurately document patient information and clinical findings using Cerner OneChart EHR
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient safety and positive outcomes
- Adhere to facility dress code requirements, including ceil blue scrubs
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Kansas or a compact state license
- Current BLS certification
- Experience in an oncology nursing setting
- Proficiency or ability to work with Cerner OneChart EHR
Preferred Experience / Skills- Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) credential
- Prior experience with chemotherapy administration and oncology-specific protocols
- Strong critical thinking and patient assessment skills in a fast-paced environment
