Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care to oncology patients during night shift hours
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans in an oncology setting
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
Document patient information and clinical findings accurately using Cerner OneChart EHR
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support positive patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Kansas or a compact state license
Current BLS certification
Experience working in an oncology clinical setting
Proficiency with Cerner OneChart or comparable EHR system
Ability to work night shifts, including every other weekend
Preferred Experience / Skills
ONS (Oncology Nursing Society) certification or chemotherapy/biotherapy training
Prior travel or contract nursing experience
Strong critical thinking and patient assessment skills in a fast-paced environment
