Job Opportunity – Oncology Registered Nurse – Dallas, Texas

Start Date: July 21, 2026

Location: Dallas, Texas

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Rotating weekends, 12-hour shifts with patient ratios of 4:1 to maximum 5:1. Day shift includes charge nurse, up to 5 RNs, and 2 PCTs per floor. Night shift includes charge nurse, up to 5 RNs, and 1 PCT per floor.

  • Work with Baxter pump equipment and Meditech EMR system
  • Focus on medical oncology with blood and electrolyte replacement protocols
  • Daily procedures include sterile dressing changes and infection prevention protocols

  • Opportunities to work with ports, central lines, and oncology-specific treatments

Requirements:

  • Current RN license in Texas (or ability to obtain)
  • BLS and ACLS certifications required
  • Strong understanding of sterile dressing changes and infection prevention protocols
  • Solid understanding of blood and electrolyte replacement processes
  • General medical oncology experience preferred
  • Familiarity with ports and central lines preferred
  • Team-centered approach and collaborative mindset
