Description
Key Responsibilities
Provide employee health and occupational health nursing services
Conduct health assessments and monitor employee health status
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support workplace health and safety initiatives
Required Qualifications
Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California
Current BLS certification required
Minimum of two years of recent experience in occupational or employee health nursing
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience in an occupational health or employee health setting
Familiarity with workplace injury management and return-to-work programs
