    Travel RN – High Risk OB (Nights)

    Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Projected Start: 08/31/2026

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct nursing care to high-risk obstetric patients in a fast-paced, high-acuity inpatient setting
    • Monitor maternal and fetal status, identifying and responding to changes in patient condition
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
    • Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and clinical protocols
    • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, care provided, and outcomes
    • Educate patients and families on care plans, procedures, and postpartum or antepartum expectations
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Tennessee or compact state eligibility
    • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in OB/GYN or high-risk obstetrics
    • Current BLS certification required
    • Experience working in a high-acuity or high-risk obstetric environment
    • Ability to work 12-hour night shifts in a travel assignment capacity
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience in a large, comprehensive hospital or women's hospital setting
    • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems used in inpatient OB units
    • NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
