    RN – OB/LDRP (Registered Nurse, Obstetrics)

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | Rotating Shifts (7a–7p or 7p–7a) | 12–13 Week Assignment | Onsite | Every Other Weekend and Holiday Required

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care within an OB/LDRP unit averaging 80–90 deliveries per month
    • Support labor, delivery, and recovery in dedicated LDR rooms equipped with private baths, showers, and spa tubs
    • Deliver postpartum care across an 8-room postpartum unit
    • Assist with or support care during Caesarean births in designated operating rooms
    • Provide care in a special care nursery as needed
    • Collaborate with a mixed team of experienced RNs and new graduate nurses to maintain safe staffing levels
    Required Qualifications
    • Active RN license with OB/LDRP clinical experience
    • Current BLS certification
    • Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
    • Intermediate Fetal Monitoring Certification
    • Ability to work rotating day and night shifts on an 8-week scheduling cycle
    • Willingness to cover every other holiday per unit policy
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • 3 or more years of OB-specific nursing experience
    • Prior travel nursing experience or background in a specialized OB setting (candidates with fewer than 3 years may be considered with this background)
    • Comfort working in a unit that supports a high volume of new graduate RNs
